All intending bidders are required to purchase e-Bidding token ("Token") for deposit and buyer's premium ("Bidding Deposit") via electronic funds transfer to Praise Million Sdn. Bhd's Ambank Account No. 0512011000711. Please refer to the respective Seller's COS or Appendix A of PMSB Vehicle auction Terms & Conditions (is available on PMSB website) for the required amount of Bidding Deposit. Bidders are advised to purchase or top up sufficient amount of Tokens to bid for your interested Lots one (1) business day before the Event. All intending bidders are strongly advised to view and inspect the Lots, make independent checks and verification as regards to the particulars of the Lot with all the relevant authorities before bidding to your satisfaction and conduct JPJ, PDRM (Police) search prior to the auction sale, please note that no inspection is allowed during or after the auction. Whatsoever expenses incurred in respect of inspection and ownership transfer shall be borne solely by the purchaser. All risk, loss or damage, including but not limited to the loss or damage by fire, storm, earthquake, malicious damage, any loss or damage of whatsoever nature or howsoever occurring to the Lot shall pass to the purchaser on the date of auction. Purchasers are strongly advised to arrange and purchase their own insurance upon successfully bid for the Lots.
