The used and/or repossessed vehicles and motor bikes ("Lots") will be sold subject to the terms contained in the Proclamation of Sale ("POS") and Conditions of Sale & Addendums ("COS") if any of the Legal Owners/Sellers and PMSB's Vehicle Auction Terms and Conditions and shall be strictly on "As Is Where Is Basis" without any warranty. Bidders are further subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on PMSB's website. All intending bidders are required to purchase e-Bidding token ("Token") for deposit and buyer's premium ("Bidding Deposit") via electronic funds transfer to Praise Million Sdn. Whatsoever expenses incurred in respect of inspection and ownership transfer shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
All risk, loss or damage, including but not limited to the loss or damage by fire, storm, earthquake, malicious damage, any loss or damage of whatsoever nature or howsoever occurring to the Lot shall pass to the purchaser on the date of auction.
