Bidders are further subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on PMSB's website. All intending bidders are required to purchase e-Bidding token ("Token") for deposit and buyer's premium ("Bidding Deposit") via electronic funds transfer to Praise Million Sdn. Bhd's Ambank Account No. 0512011000711. Please refer to the respective Seller's COS or Appendix A of PMSB Vehicle auction Terms & Conditions (is available on PMSB website) for the required amount of Bidding Deposit. All intending bidders are strongly advised to view and inspect the Lots, make independent checks and verification as regards to the particulars of the Lot with all the relevant authorities before bidding to your satisfaction and conduct JPJ, PDRM (Police) search prior to the auction sale, please note that no inspection is allowed during or after the auction. Whatsoever expenses incurred in respect of inspection and ownership transfer shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
